The title documents of the properties, which must be located in Abuja, must also be verified by the Deputy Chief Registrar of the court.

Bello’s bail conditions also included depositing his international passport with the court.

Bello had seen an earlier bail application rejected after Justice Maryanne Anenih of the Abuja Federal High Court ruled that his earlier bail application was filed when he was neither in custody nor in court.

Bello is on trial with two others in a N110 billion fraud suit filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
